I Need Help in the Members Area

Hello Everyone I Need Help i pay every month $25 for Mandy Lynn's Website & when i log in to My Members Area to watch Video's none of Mandy Lynn's Video's wanna play? what should i do to make it work or will they ever work again? cause when i try to play them the Quicktime logo & a ? comes on, are all the video's temperary offline so they won't work? or what should i do? please explain? i'm running an 24Inch iMac Computer
